The best aesthetic purchase starts with a plan—not simply a price. This Fall, Prosper Health & Aesthetics in Sioux City is featuring offers on injectables, tattoo removal, laser hair removal and Alma Hybrid resurfacing.

Fall offers end November 30, 2026. Package treatment periods and redemption conditions are separate; confirm those details with the clinic before purchasing.

Use this guide to understand the differences, gather questions and decide what to discuss at your consultation. No email signup is needed to read it. Treatment suitability, exact scope and appointment timing are confirmed by your provider; results are individual, not guaranteed.

Start with what you want to understand

  • Facial volume or contour: Ask about Radiesse and the exact areas appropriate for your plan.
  • Lip fullness: Ask which lip-filler product and amount are suitable for you.
  • Frown lines between the eyebrows: Ask about Letybo and provider-selected dosing.
  • A tattoo you want to fade or remove: Ask about likely sessions, ink response and healing.
  • Less unwanted hair: Ask about a treatment series, included areas and maintenance.
  • Facial skin resurfacing: Ask about Alma Hybrid, recovery and aftercare.

These are conversation starters—not a diagnosis or a recommendation to purchase treatment.

Radiesse: understand the product and treatment area

Prosper Fall Special graphic advertising Radiesse syringes for $500

Advertised Fall offer: Radiesse syringes — $500.

Radiesse is a calcium hydroxylapatite dermal filler used for certain facial wrinkles and folds. Your provider determines the specific product, treatment area and amount appropriate for your goals. It is not interchangeable with lip filler; Radiesse’s safety and effectiveness in the lips have not been established.

Before purchasing, ask what syringe volume and service the offer includes, which area is being treated and how swelling or bruising might affect your plans. Dermal fillers have risks, including rare but serious vascular complications.

Explore biostimulator services. Product information: Radiesse FAQs and safety information.

Lip filler: product choice matters

Advertised Fall offer: lip filler syringes — $400 each.

Selected dermal fillers can increase lip fullness. The exact product, its approved uses and the amount appropriate for you should be discussed at an individual consultation. A syringe price does not establish how much product you need.

Ask which product and syringe volume are included, what follow-up is offered and how your provider plans around your existing features. Swelling and bruising may affect appearance after treatment. Fillers are not risk-free: rare vascular injury can cause tissue damage, blindness or stroke.

Explore dermal fillers. Patient education: FDA dermal-filler guidance.

Letybo: the offer quantity is not your prescribed dose

Prosper Fall Special graphic advertising 100 units of Letybo for $400

Advertised Fall offer: Letybo — 100 units for $400.

Letybo is a prescription injectable approved to temporarily improve moderate-to-severe frown lines between the eyebrows in adults. Your provider determines whether it is appropriate and what dose to use.

The advertised quantity is not a recommendation to receive 100 units in one appointment. Ask how the offer is purchased and used, whether any visit or redemption conditions apply and how it fits your plan. Letybo units are not interchangeable with Botox or other botulinum-toxin products.

Tell your provider about previous toxin treatment, medications and medical history through the clinic’s private clinical process. The prescribing information includes important risks, including a boxed warning about distant spread of toxin effects.

Laser tattoo removal: plan for a process

Advertised Fall offer: 50% off laser tattoo removal.

Laser treatment breaks tattoo ink into smaller particles that the body clears over time. Multiple sessions and healing between appointments are generally needed; complete removal is not always possible.

Ask which tattoo sizes and services qualify for the discount, what regular price it applies to and whether the quote is for one session or a package. Ink colors and tattoo characteristics influence the plan. Discuss pigment changes, scarring and aftercare before committing.

Explore tattoo removal. Patient education: FDA tattoo-removal guidance.

Laser hair removal: an all-area package, with clinical boundaries

Prosper Fall Special graphic advertising unlimited laser hair removal for 12 months for $2,000

Fall package: unlimited laser hair removal for 12 months — $2,000, covering clinically appropriate treatment areas across the body.

Laser hair removal reduces unwanted hair through a series of treatments. Response depends on hair, skin, treatment area and equipment; regrowth and maintenance treatments may occur.

“Unlimited” does not mean treatments whenever you want or treatment on an unsuitable area. The clinic confirms safe treatment areas, boundaries, preparation and appointment spacing. Ask when your 12-month period starts, how visits are scheduled and how any remaining appointments or touch-ups are handled.

This is a separate seasonal package, not the $199 Laser Membership. Laser Membership treatment credits do not cover laser hair removal.

Alma Hybrid: a three-treatment facial resurfacing package

Prosper Fall Special graphic advertising three Alma Hybrid treatments for $1,500

Fall package: three Alma Hybrid treatments for the face — $1,500.

Alma Hybrid combines ablative CO₂ and non-ablative 1570 nm technologies for customizable skin resurfacing. A 1570-only session is not the same as combined CO₂/1570 treatment.

Ask which protocol and settings your provider recommends, the plan for the three sessions, the package redemption terms and what aftercare involves. Recovery depends on treatment settings and individual factors. Discuss redness, swelling, pigment changes, scarring and sun protection rather than assuming a universal downtime timeline.

This facial package is separate from Laser Membership credit redemption. On the current credit menu, one Alma 1570 face session requires three credits; one combined Alma Hybrid CO₂/1570 face session requires five. A package price does not change those requirements.

A seasonal package or an aesthetic membership?

A special can be worth discussing when it matches the care you are already considering. A membership offers a different way to plan eligible ongoing care.

Laser Membership — $199/month: Each successful monthly payment adds one treatment credit. Use it for a qualifying one-credit session or bank credits while active for eligible sessions requiring 2, 3, 5 or 7 credits. It is not unlimited care, clinic cash or a standing package discount. Hair removal and PixelPeel are not on the current credit menu.

Beauty Bank — $99/month: Successful monthly payment adds $99 to your Loyalty Flow cash wallet. Active members receive 15% off eligible regular-price services and products. The discount does not stack with sales, coupons or manual price adjustments; prepaid cash is not additional savings.

Compare the memberships and review the exact Laser Membership treatment menu. Confirm agreement terms and eligibility before enrollment. Requesting a consultation does not enroll you or charge monthly dues.

Five questions to bring before you buy

  • Is this treatment appropriate for my goals, history and skin?
  • What exact product, area, number of sessions and follow-up are included?
  • What risks, recovery and aftercare should I plan for?
  • What are the purchase deadline, redemption deadline and cancellation conditions?
  • Can this offer be combined with anything else, and is a package or membership better suited to my plan?

Fall offers end November 30, 2026. Check the Fall Specials page and confirm current availability, eligibility and full terms with the clinic before purchasing. A consultation determines clinical suitability; not every service is appropriate for every person.
